At Toyster Wholesale, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It is in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Opened or unsealed collectible items such as limited-edition toys or figurines.

  • Damaged packaging on board games or puzzles.

  • Items marked as clearance or final sale.

  • Custom or personalized items, including specially ordered toys or branded merchandise.

  • Seasonal items like holiday-themed toys that are no longer relevant.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us at info@toyster.co.uk to receive return instructions.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@toyster.co.uk and send your item to: [Insert Physical Address].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: info@toyster.co.uk.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For higher-priced items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
